Coming soon on iOS & Android
Anneal is a workout tracker built around progressive overload — the thing that actually gets you stronger over time. Plan sessions, log sets, and keep an eye on the numbers that move. Works for lifting, cardio, mobility, and everything in between.
We'll email you when Anneal launches. No spam.
What it does
Everything you'd expect from a serious tracker, plus a few things that are usually missing.
Build templates with warm-up and main sections, supersets, and rest times. Run the workout straight from your plan.
Last session's weight and reps sit right next to the current row. Plate calculator handles the math. Estimated 1RM rolls in the background.
Background notifications. Screen off. Mid-call. Android Doze mode. We audited the whole path so the timer rings when you need it to.
Weighted sets, timed holds, distance-based cardio, bodyweight — all in one log. 200+ exercises built in, plus whatever you want to add.
Local-first with SQLite. Free CSV export on every tier. Cloud backup is there if you want it. Either way, the history belongs to you.
Volume trends, muscle-group breakdowns, personal bests. Enough to see how you're moving without drowning in numbers.
About the name
To heat metal, let it cool, and have it come back stronger. Repeated cycles of stress and recovery build durability. Which, more or less, is how progressive overload works in the gym — lift a little more than last time, recover, come back stronger. So: Anneal. It's what you're already doing.
Questions
We're aiming for an iOS and Android launch in the coming months. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it's live.
There's a free tier with the tracker, 3 templates, 5 custom exercises, 30 days of history, and CSV export. Pro is $6.99/month or $49.99/year with a 7-day free trial — that unlocks unlimited templates, full history, advanced analytics, cloud backup, and more.
Both. One app, one release.
Your workouts live on your device by default. Cloud backup is optional (Pro) and encrypted in transit. We're not building an ad network, and we're not selling data.
No. You can use Anneal without signing in. If you later want cloud backup, you'll create an account at that point.
